There Will Always Be Goats

I love goats. My brother has a nightmare many years ago which involved a goat. He was assured that the goat had been put on a train to Johannesburg. So when I see goats I think back to that story and smile.

The remnants of the last elections held in South Africa with the face of the ANC's campaign being Thabo Mbeki is also interesting to me. How things have changed as we gear up for elections in 2009. And with the split in the ANC looking imminent to all but those in the ANC, I think we are in for intersting times.

The sky in your pic is almost symbolic of what you are saying about interesting times coming. Has the storm passed or is it coming? Will it be a hectic storm or just a little rain? Or will the clouds just pass over when we think a hectic storm is coming? Who knows! Interesting times indeed! Also love the contrast between the grey clouds and the green and blue. Another beautiful picture.

oh the sky, how it is so reminiscent of your words and current affairs, i wish only that Thabo would split in two and not our views.

nice shot I like it but I hate goats, never I have a come across an aninmal that can destroy as many plants as a goat, If you visit the rural areas where goats have infested areas you will see what I mean, virtually no plants are left
